About the Role

The Dual Site Nursery Manager will oversee two nurseries at RAF Brize Norton, managing day-to-day operations and leading a team of approximately 68 staff. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care and education while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership for both nurseries.
• Manage daily operations effectively.
• Ensure high standards of care and education.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee financial sustainability of both sites.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Requirements

• Experience in nursery management or leadership.
• Strong understanding of early years education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage finances and budgets.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
