bookings with accuracy and excellent attention to detail Handling phone and email enquiries, often from anxious or
distressed patients, using tact, empathy and clear communication Supporting a busy reception area and providing
excellent frontofhouse care Managing confidential patient information with absolute professionalism Undertaking general
