About the Role
Support Worker Location : Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire Pay: £16.22-£17.30 per hour We are seeking proactive and
compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire. Our client is an active young
woman in her early 40s with Cornelia de Lange Syndrome, who lives in her own home. We are looking for Support Workers
who can assist with all aspects of personal care and daily living, and, importantly, encourage opportunities to try new
things. We are seeking Support Workers who are active, patient, and have a sense of fun, and who can support our client
to access her local community, maintain good health, and make positive progress in engaging with activities. Working
