About the Role
The Post holder will work collaboratively within the acute care setting as part of the Breast team, acting as a main
point of contact for patients who are undergoing active surveillance either within the Breast Cancer Stratified Pathway
or within the Family history Service. In conjunction with the Clinical Nurse Specialists and the Advanced Nurse
Practitioner you will provide administration support to assist in ensuring patients are managed appropriately on both
pathways, collecting and collating information and investigation results and maintain the appropriate data base in a
timely manner.
