Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist

and carers. Offer nurse-led specialist clinics to patients referred by GPs, other specialities or within the breast
team. These clinics include Family History Assessment, BRCA Carrier Service, End of Treatment Holistic Assessment,
Complex wound management; Treatment induced symptoms management, Prosthetic Fitting and Patient Initiated Follow Up
Service. Advanced nursing assessment skills are required as well as autonomous assessment, decision making, in care
