About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide person-centred care to adults with autism, learning
disabilities, and complex needs in supported living and single-occupancy settings. This role involves delivering
structured, proactive support to promote safety, independence, and meaningful daily engagement.
Requirements
Level 1 or Level 2 British Sign Language (BSL) – mandatory
Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
