Building Services Engineer

About the Role

Nuffield Health is seeking a Building Services Engineer to maintain and enhance our Devonshire and Plymouth Fitness & Wellbeing Centres. This role is ideal for those with a background in facilities and compliance, offering opportunities for career growth through structured training and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire site, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Handle queries using our electronic CAFM system.
• Inspire colleagues and promote continuous improvement.
• Implement effective preventative maintenance programs.
• Support and mentor team members for skill development.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities, maintenance, or engineering.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fabric Engineer experience is desirable.

Compensation

Salary ranges from £25,640 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location & Schedule

This position is primarily based at Devonshire FWC, with support required at Plymouth FWC as needed.
