About the Role

The role of the Buildings Supervisor is to effectively supervise all staff and contractors under their control.

You will manage the In-house staff and Contractors effectively and professionally with additional responsibility to

cover other Supervisors’ areas in their absence, for example Carpentry.

You will oversee the internal and external Maintenance of Building Fabric and Infrastructure, such as Road and Pathways,

Roofs, Flooring and Decorating.

Work is not limited to and may include compliance of Passive Fire Systems and working alongside colleagues to deliver
