About the Role
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated andenthusiasticBand 4 Business SupportLeadto manage and coordinate our
administration team.The post holder will work as a member of the Community Nursing Team – West Berkshire, providinga
high levelof confidential administrative support to theCommunity Nursing ServiceManager and wider Community Nursing
Team.
You will be expected to lead on the supervision and appraisal of the current band 3 administration/Triage team, as well
as covering some day-to-day activity on their behalf at times, within a busy Community Nursing Team.
