CAMHS Child and Family Mental Health Support Worker
About the Role
As a Family Support Worker, you will: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary CAMHS team, delivering interventions that
form part of an overall care plan. Communicate effectively with families and professionals across health, education, and
social care sectors. Use advocacy and motivational skills to overcome barriers and support engagement. Manage a varied
caseload, prioritizing tasks and responding flexibly to changing needs. Attend supervision, team meetings, and
contribute to audits and service development. Ensure compliance with confidentiality, equality, diversity, and health &
safety standards. Travel across Somerset to provide support in homes and community settings.
