CAMHS Crisis and Intensive Home Treatment Mental Health Practitioner
About the Role
The CAMHS Urgent Care Teams, incorporating Crisis, Home Treatment and Liaison pathways, are welcoming, friendly and
dedicated to ensuring that young people in a mental health crisis get access to the right support in the right place at
the right time. The teams are busy, supportive and encouraging of new and creative ways to innovate and improve the
service we deliver. We are an 8 am to 8 pm service operating a self-rostering system for our staff. The aim is to
support Children and Young People in the community to avoid admissions to inpatient services and acute hospitals Our
team work Long Days of 8am 8pm for the CAMHS Crisis and Intensive Home Treatment Team ( this team) and Nights of 8pm 8am
