be part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for children and young people who present with severe mental illness, acute

and complex presentations. This will include those with mental health concerns who have traditionally found it difficult

to access service (i.e. looked-after children, young offenders, young people with alcohol and substance issues). The

team is 1/3 of South Derbyshire's Urgent Care Pathway that also comprises of a Liaison Service/ Crisis & Home Treatment
