within a multi-disciplinary CAMHS team, providing support services to children, adolescent and their families/carers

with complex needs. To organise own workload for a range of complex cases. Seeing young people and families in order to

carry out mental health assessments, plan and provide community based interventions in a variety of settings, eg, the

specialist day service, home, education, GP surgery and other primary care settings. To take an assertive outreach
