About the Role

You are required to respond within an hour to A&E to carry out crisis mental health assessment on children and young

people who presented in A&E. This role involves clinical risk assessment, and management and safe discharge plan in the

community.

You will be working with other professionals in the community liaising with them in joint care planning.

Following discharge from A&E, the clinical practitioner offer a 7 days follow up appointment to review the young person

clinical risk, and mental health.
