Cancer Navigator (Upper & Lower GI)
About the Role
You will act as centralised point of contact for patients. This role involves proactively reaching out to patients to
provide the necessary assistance. You will also support the clinical team in guiding patients through the early stages
of the diagnostic pathway. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will work alongside the Clinical Nurse Specialist
(CNS) team, escalating patient concerns when appropriate and identifying the need for additional CNS support. Your
responsibilities will include coordinating patient care throughout their hospital journey, providing them with relevant
information, and managing any test preparations that need to be collected or completed by the patient. Additionally, you
