Cancer Screening liaison Nurse - Learning Disabilities
About the Role
The post holder will be required to work collaboratively in learning disability services to support service users to
access cancer screening services. To co-produce and deliver with stakeholders health promotion and targeted
interventions in relation to local and national cancer screening programmes, with the aim to reduce health inequalities
within targeted populations across Coventry and Warwickshire. The post holder will play a pivotal role in supporting and
empowering them to make informed choices and decisions relating to cancer screening. The post holder will be expected to
work flexibly across all Community Learning disability services across Coventry and Warwickshire. The post holder will
