About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a cancer support worker position working with the Clinical Nurse Specialist team for
Haemato-Oncology/ Lymphoma adult patients. The post holder will be patient-facing to ensure that treatment pathways for
adult Haemato-Oncology/lymphoma patients undergoing treatment for malignancy are effectively managed. The roles and
responsibilities of the post are designed to support the CNS team in providing keyworker care for adult
haematology-Oncology/lymphoma patients.
• To act as the first point of contact for patients, carers, GPs, and colleagues in other hospitals contacting the CNS
