The successful applicant will have industry experience of installing/managing complex engineering schemes. This

postholder will provide the Deputy Head of Capital Projects with professional and technical engineering advice and

information, and work with the Head of Estates to ensure that budgetary management is effective in the delivery of

construction and infrastructure works for individual capital schemes. They will give assurance to the Deputy Head of

Capital Projects and the wider senior management team of appropriate management of the existing estate in line with best
