About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Cardiac Nurse Specialist to join our Community

Cardiac Service within the Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDASH).

You must possess a high level of expertise, relevant cardiac knowledge and skills and clinical competence in caring for

patients with complex cardiac conditions. Experience independently prescribing oral anti coagulation, anti-arrhythmic

and heart failure therapy in line with up to dare NICE guidance.

To manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, delegating clinical work within the team where possible to ensure
