About the Role

Provide a positive and supportive contact within the service to patients/clients on the Cardiac rehab pathway,

especially where there may be barriers to understanding. Signpost individuals to other agencies for specific

information, support, and resources, keeping up to date with the latest information and advice. Using observational

skills to always monitor class participants during the exercise session to ensure patient safety. This requires ongoing

skills for making evaluation of the participants condition and environmental factors for class management. Demonstrate

flexibility and effective time management skills to organise and prioritise own workload in a satisfactory manner to
