An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 cardiac rehabilitation nurse to join the trust wide community cardiac
rehabilitation team on secondment or temporary contract for 1 years experience. The post holders base is to be
negotiated, however they will be expected to travel across Northumberland and North Tyneside to deliver care. A car
driver is therefore essential.
