About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic nurse with proven specialist knowledge and experience in cardiology
to work in our established multi-disciplined Cardiac Rehabilitation Team at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. The post
holder will work between the two hospital sites at New Cross & Cannock Chase Hospital, and in our community venues, as
required. This is an exciting opportunity to improve the clinical outcomes and quality of life for our service users who
have recently received treatment for their coronary artery disease (CAD). Our role involves being able to act as a
clinical expert for our primary and secondary health care teams and effective liaison with other community health care
