Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Service at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust.
We are seeking a highly motivatedBand 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)to support the delivery and development of
high-quality cardiovascular rehabilitation services across Coventry and Rugby. This is afull-time, substantive
postworking across the Centre for Exercise and Health (Coventry), St Cross Hospital (Rugby) and University Hospital
