We are looking to recruit a Relief Level 2 Care and Support worker to join our Team at Yr Hafod Residential Home on a

permanent basis.

Care and support duties

- To carry out duties as identified in care and support plans, this will include working with service users who have

complex or high needs.

- To carry out specific programs of direct & virtual work with individuals on a 1-1 or family or group basis working
