Detailed job description and main responsibilities To work sensitively with people who have communication difficulties
and develop relationships with them using appropriate communication tools e.g., signs, symbols, body language,
structured language- as defined by their care plans. Endeavour to use Person Centred Approaches with people as a way of
making sure that we do a good job of listening to and responding to what an individual really wants and needs.
Communicate professionally and effectively with colleagues, other professionals, parents and carers. Be responsible for
