About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Care Assessor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is

passionate about helping people maintain their independence, health, and wellbeing within the community.

This position is a split role , with approximately 50% of your time spent in the field conducting assessments and

visits, and 50% office-based supporting care operations.
