About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Care Assistants to join a extra care service where each resident has their own flat within
the building. The care provider delivers a “community-style” service entirely on-site, offering the same level of
personalised support you’d expect in traditional community care—without the need to travel between homes.
Residents are semi-independent, but your role will include personal care, medication administration, meal preparation,
domestic duties, and occasional shopping trips in the local area. Some residents require double-up care and assisted
