About the Role
We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at Enham Care Homes. In this role, you’ll
work closely with residents and colleagues to ensure the highest standard of person-centred care, in line with the
Skills for Care Code of Conduct for Adult Social Care Workers in England.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support residents to have choice, control, and participation in their daily lives, while
