About the Role
We are recruiting Care Assistants for a dedicated role within a well-established care home in the Ballyclare area,
supporting elderly residents and individuals living with dementia. As a valued member of the care team, you will work
closely with residents on a one-to-one basis and alongside nursing and care staff to deliver the highest standard of
person-centred care within a homely, supportive environment. Your role will involve assisting residents with personal
care, supporting daily routines, promoting comfort and dignity, and helping to create a safe and reassuring atmosphere
