About the Role

Care Outlook LTD is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to provide essential support to vulnerable and elderly individuals in their homes across Oxfordshire. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing you to make a significant impact while enjoying job satisfaction and flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on personal care, including washing and dressing.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Observe, monitor, and maintain accurate records of client care.
  • Build relationships with clients to enhance their well-being.
  • Support clients in their daily activities and routines.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor.
  • Commitment to improving the quality of life for vulnerable individuals.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • No prior experience necessary; training provided.

Compensation
