About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our dedicated team, supporting clients in the
Chelsea area. This role involves providing high-quality care across the borough. You will cover the area’s SW1X, SW10,
SW1W, SW3, SW5, SW6, and SW7. If you are passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives and want to work in
a supportive and rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you.
You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual
and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks
