About the Role
Employment Type: Full Time / 39 hours per week / Must be flexible for both Day and Night shifts
As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and
upholding our residents privacy, dignity and independence at all times.
Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents needs first, providing a wide range of
physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise
our staff and residents will have different needs.
