About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support people to live their best lives, whatever that looks like to them. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting people with their personal care
- Assisting people at meal times
- Understanding individual health and wellbeing needs
- Encouraging participation in social activities
- Promoting choice, dignity, and independence
- Completing and maintaining care records
Responsibilities
Your role will involve providing compassionate care, maintaining care records, and promoting dignity and independence. You'll also engage clients in social activities and ensure their personal care needs are met.
Requirements
While relevant experience is valued, it’s not essential. You should be caring, calm, and a great communicator, embodying the values of fun, integrity, and teamwork.

Compensation
The starting rate is £12.31 upon completion of the Exemplar Care Certificate. Further compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
Location & Schedule
This position is based at Brook View, Ennerdale Road, Fazakerley, Liverpool, L9 7JU. Flexible full and part-time hours are available.
