About the Role
Local work available for experienced Carers in the Chesterfield area!
We require experienced Care Assistants for a care home which caters for the needs of up to 32 residents. The service
cares for people living with Dementia and other age-related illnesses.
You will work as part of an experienced team following personalised care plans to ensure that each resident gets the
level of care and support that they require.
