Care Assistant

About the Role

This is a full-time role working 38.5 hours per week on night shifts from 8pm - 8am. Full flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Ensure the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents.
• Recognize signs of potential abuse or neglect.
• Attend safeguarding and additional training as required.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care when necessary.

Requirements

• Full right to work in the UK.
• Ability to work flexible night shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Commitment to safeguarding and resident wellbeing.

Compensation

An hourly rate is subject to experience and qualifications. To be discussed during the interview process.

Location & Schedule

Full-time position with night shifts from 8pm to 8am.
