About the Role
Home Instead Mid Cornwall provide the highest quality, relationship led care for older people in their own homes in
Wadebridge, Padstow and Rock. We support clients with their social and emotional needs rather than just focussing on
tasks, helping them enjoy their lives in their own homes where they wish to be.
All our visits are at least an hour. We always introduce caregivers to new clients and invest heavily in training and
development. Our office team provide excellent support for the caregivers allowing them to provide the very best care
they can. We pay travel and waiting time and mileage at 45p a mile. Holiday pay is one hour for every 8 worked and we
