About the Role

Keystone Healthcare are currently recruiting 8 experienced Support Workers to join an Integrated Day Services team

within a Local Authority setting in West Yorkshire.

This role involves supporting adults who have assessed care and support needs, including individuals with learning

disabilities and older adults with complex needs such as autism, dementia, distressed behaviours, and a range of complex

health conditions.
