THE EMPLOYER IS: TOWN AND COUNTRY CARE HOMES LTD To maximise the capacity of Town & Country Care Homes Ltd to perform
effectively in the provision of a high caring service to our residents. The Care Assistant is part of the Town & Country
Care Homes Ltd Staff Team, whose function is to attend to and meet the personal needs of residents under the direction
and supervision of senior staff. This job description will be subject to review from time to time. Any amendments will
be made in consultation with the post holder. Copies of the Company’s Employment Handbook are available from the Head of
