About the Role
Working as part of a team to deliver excellent standards of person centred care to residents, care will be carried out
in accordance with individual care plans and promoting resident wellbeing. Act as an ambassador, by role modelling and
living the company values at all times within the care home.
Ensuring a safe home environment at all times including those who reside, visit and work there.
