About the Role
As a Care Assistant/Carer on our team, you’ll care for our residents like they’re your own family. It’s all about looking after their physical, psychological and social needs, and day to day you’ll help with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care tasks
- Support emotional and social well-being
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with residents and families
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Passion for providing quality care
- Ability to work as part of a team
- No prior experience necessary; training provided
