About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Signature Senior Lifestyle, you will be part of a supportive team, providing essential care to residents in a luxury environment. Your role will be varied and rewarding, focusing on both general and specialist dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities like washing and dressing.
• Support residents in eating, drinking, and mobility.
• Engage residents in their favorite activities.
• Develop strong relationships with residents and families.
• Contribute to residents' Care Plans and support needs.

Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic IT skills for documentation.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is advantageous.
• No prior experience required.
