About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be:

• Delivering quality personal care to residents.
• Supporting daily activities like washing and dressing.
• Adapting communication to meet residents' needs.

• Receiving full training, regardless of prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily tasks.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to apply.
• Empathy and a caring attitude towards residents.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
