About the Role

MPA is currently seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join a well-established, family-run care centre based in the

Derry/Londonderry area. This role is Permanent Full time. In this role, you will help maintain the highest standards of

care while promoting residents dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing. We are looking for individuals with

excellent communication skills who are committed, compassionate, and motivated to make a positive difference in

residents lives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care that respects dignity, privacy, and

wellbeing Act as a key worker for assigned patients, assisting new residents to settle into the home Support patients
