Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care in line with individual care plans.
• Engage residents in leisure and social activities.

• Communicate effectively with residents and families.

Requirements

• Teamwork skills to create a happy home environment.
• Caring and enthusiastic attitude towards older people.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Flexibility in approach to care.
• No prior experience necessary; training provided.

Compensation

£12.82 per hour, effective from 1st November 2025. Additional compensation for overtime available.

Location & Schedule

Position available at The Meadows, Dornoch, Sutherland. Full and part-time hours with day and night shifts, including alternate weekends.
