JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Care Assistant with Silver Birch Lodge, you will assist the Nurse in Charge in the smooth running of the Night duty
shift, ensuring our Residents receive the highest quality care. Attending to the personal care needs of our Residents,
providing support and encouragement and promoting independence and respecting dignity of each individual Resident.
