About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
To be able to deliver outstanding person centered care in a professional manner to the home's residents with general and
dementia nursing needs based upon best practice and current standards and guidelines, work as part of an effective team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assisting with personal care including bathing, washing, shaving, oral hygiene and continence requirements.
* Ensuring residents physical environment is warm and clean.
