About the Role

Join our dedicated team as a Care Assistant at Rosemary Lodge Care Home, where you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to older residents. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, fostering emotional support, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Encourage resident independence and involvement.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report changes.
• Follow tailored care plans for individual needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience in Health and Social Care preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good standard of oral and written English.
• Compassionate and respectful communication skills.

Compensation

Location & Schedule

5pm-11pm, 4 days a week at Rosemary Lodge Care Home, Antrim.
