About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our dedicated team, supporting clients in the

Chelsea area. This role involves providing high-quality care across the borough. You will cover the borough of

Westminster, W1, W2, W9 , W10 , NW1 , NW8, NW10, WC1, WC2 and SW1. If you are passionate about making a real difference

in people’s lives and want to work in a supportive and rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual

and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks
