About the Role
Principal Responsibilities.
1. To support Residents with their individual care needs as illustrated in their care plan. Promote person centred
delivery of care at all times whilst ensuring their safety .
2. To ensure that adequate arrangements are made for the reception of new Residents, and that they are made to feel
welcome and secure.
3. To ensure the provision of health care arrangements for the Residents under the direction of the GP or other health
