We are looking for hard working, committed, and compassionate Care Assistants experienced with supporting vulnerable
adults with dementia and other age-related conditions, who live in the Nottingham NG5 area.
You will be working in a friendly, professional, team working in a residential home set in beautiful surroundings in the
Nottingham NG5 area, helping support and care for individuals with their day-to-day lives, encouraging independence and
making a real difference to each one you are supporting.
